  Super friendly and knowledgeable team at Bowen Hills. And as they are a 99 Bikes warehouse location they often have interesting ‘online only’ stock there that they don’t have room to display on the floor.
  I’ve never had a bad experience with this store.
  Parking is sometimes a smidge awkward but usually there is a spot.

  Incredible knowledge and service by the team.
  My partner and I went in to purchase an ebike each and received amazing service from Tony, we both hadn't ridden bikes since we were young so it was very daunting getting back into it. Tony was patient with me while I tried to talk myself out of buying a cargo bike and genuinely seemed happy to help us out with the questions we had.
  
  Had to return a few days later to get my partner's gears fixed as a stick knocked them out but they looked after me right away and repaired it where I was able watch and learn.
  
  It's comforting knowing that there is such a reliable team so close when making a purchase of what seems like a fortune.

  I've been to this place twice and the same guy served me both times. He was super keen and enthusiastic. The first time I went in I got a helmet and he was more than happy to price match it for me as I'd seen it cheaper. The second time I turned up on a Sunday at 4.02. I tried the door but it was locked and I was about to go and he opened the door and said how can I help! What a top man! I'm not a big fan of big chains but with good service and good prices it's hard to beat.
