An exceptional product with equally amazing customer support. We strongly recommend EvoHeat above all others.

Had a EVO270-1 installed and the system is excellent. Easy to operate (ours is set to eco mode - heat pump only) and looks great. The team at EVO Heat have been supportive and accessible, not that I've needed lots of support. In my opinion, you should do your research but I think you'd always come back to the EVO HEAT company and feel secure that you've made the right decision in choosing a quality, Australian product.

Customer service & communication has been atrocious.
Our Evo270-1 less than 12mth old has not been heating and the outlet valve has been leaking a lot of water. We spoke with the receptionist she took our details and said someone would contact us, no calls. We rang again same receptionist same response, same outcome. Four days later we got onto Leigh and we got a tech over. Tech couldn’t do anything, we needed a plumber as P&T valve was faulty. Tech couldn't get onto Evoheat, he said the part will be under warranty. We rang receptionist to let them know about the faulty part and issue, after 5 phone calls and no call back. Last call to evoheat we were told to ring our own plumber to fix the part supplied by Evoheat. In the end we have had to cover costs even though items are under warranty.

We had our EvoHeat i-Force 17 installed 18 months ago. We were advised to go a bit bigger than our needs and we were glad we did. The unit worked really well for us and was great at heating the pool in a reasonable amount of time.

Unfortunately our unit had a fault that came up at the end of 2022. The technician who came out said that we were just unlucky and they rarely have issues with EvoHeat units (the technician services many heat pump brands). Although we were shocked to have a fault so early in the heat pump's life, we understood that sometimes these things happen. Based on the opinion of the technician, we were confident it was a one off and not indicative of the quality of the heat pump overall.

Due to the issue, we had to get the problem sorted under warranty. This is where the angst starts a lot of the time with companies so I was unsure how it would all go.

I have to say, EvoHeat and the Sydney tech team at Image Air Conditioning who service warranty issues for EvoHeat (Jason and Mark) have been exceptional in rectifying the problem, going above and beyond expectation.

Due to the Christmas shut down, we were unable to get the fault sorted before the holidays. EvoHeat were aware of this and made sure we were seen to first thing when they opened for 2023.

We have guests arriving tomorrow and I mentioned how we wanted to have the pool warm for everyone to swim so Mark from Image Air Conditioning and Anthony Zantides from EvoHeat got everything fixed in one day for us! Anthony even personally drove across Sydney to do the unit pick up to ensure everything was up and running asap for us. The replaced a lot more than was needed just to be sure we don't have issues in the future.

I am seriously impressed by their care and commitment in solving our issue. Whilst our repair was disappointingly delayed due to the holiday break, they have ensured that the solution was delivered promptly today for us.

I highly recommend EvoHeat and Image Air Conditioning - if I could give 10 stars I would have!

We now know the quality of the EvoHeat product is matched by the quality of the customer service and support they provide (and same for the technicians they use in Sydney to work on warranty claims).
