  I got my car cleaned here and when I looked next time in the left hand outer mirror, I could not see anything.
  I looked from the outside and the mirrow on that side was slightly on an angle, but I wasn’t able to move it back.
  So I was certain it was from the car wash. I went there as soon as I noticed (next day) and the owner organised for it to be repaired. I went to the mechanic, to be told after they pulled it apart that there was nothing wrong. I was rather mad about that but after driving off what stuck with me was one thing the mechanic said, something to the effect “it could be the way the model is built, but I have none here to compare. So I went to the dealership that trades the brand that I drive, and surprise surprise, all their mirror on the left side are on a slight angle. What must have happened during the car wash, is the team member pushing the interior mirror adjustments button. So I wronged them unfortunately, had to apologize and paid the mechanic bill. I am giving five stars because they were immediately ready to repair a damage. The car wash was good value for money, too.

  I have been to many different car wash places around Brisbane Northern suburbs and I never return to the same one. The reason for that was the slack work provided. I expected the car to be spotless inside especially and I always check the litter holder or inside of cup holder and door handle - not done usually. The Car Wash Company is where I found top service in Brisbane. I was looking for a good location; commitment with time; fair price; great customer service; attention to all detail; wheels perfectly clean; no scratches; windows well cleaned and all seats, floor and foot mat well vaccumed. My car feels clean and it's spotless! I strongly recommend The Car Wash Company, fantastic service!

  Excellent job on platinum service.
  Only 4 stars due to website. Online has a link to book, which takes you to phone number and email address. Sent an email, got an auto response to have to call, waited 24 hours in case I received a response but got nothing. (4 days later still nothing). If you're going to have an email option on the website, use it, or take it away.

  The best car wash in inner Brisbane. Fast, friendly and really competitively priced. I was recommended this place by my neighbour as her car always looks clean. No regrets, I will be coming back.
