From the minute you walk in the door you're overtaken by a sense of calm. Lovely staff, lovely facilities. I also had an infrared sauna at City Cave for the first time. It was a really interesting experience, but again very professional and relaxing! Would highly recommend and have purchased gift vouchers for friends who I want to experience the same thing!

They ensure you are really looked after make the experience all the more better. Very attentive to customer needs and very passionate about the treatments. They are excellent advocates for the centre. A real standout has been Steff - she is always focussed on the customer and keeps the place super clean. Her energy and passion are really motivating and brightens your day.
