  Just completed the Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice (FPC002B) and found the overall material and course notes very good. There was good resources and feedback on the assignment and report was very good. However there was a lengthy delay in responding to queries on the forum regarding course material. I found the exam to be set out well and given plenty of time to complete the questions, I would have preferred more multichoice questions as I did not think the exam covered all topics as was stated in the course notes that the exam would cover all topics. Overall I was satisfied with the teaching (all online) feedback of work and general content of the course.

  In my professional opinion, Kaplan are truly an amazing entity to deal with. The experience I have always received when studying and dealing with service | administration matters has been both friction-less and seamless.
  I'm proud and privileged to have completed copious study via Kaplan.

  I have experienced nothing but inconsistency in marking of assessments when compared to colleagues. This needs to be addressed. I suggest before you consider using Kaplan as your provider of choice for the qualifications needed to become an advisor, you press them on the issue of marking standards and quality of content. For the government subsidized profits Kaplan is enjoying they simply need to do better.

  I recently completed Kaplan's Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice (FPC002B) as a bridging course towards my FASEA Education Standards. I found the study notes and support materials extremely comprehensive and easy to follow. Completing the Analysis Task (20%) and Assignment (40%) enabled me to gain significant knowledge and understanding of the subject areas which assisted me with the exam.

  I've been studying online for many years and compared to other institutions I believe that Kaplan ticks more boxes ie meets more of my study requirements.
  Its been easy to follow the course suggested study approach and time tables available does help to promote urgency in times when we get complacent.
  The assignments, assessments and tutorials really help me to build a solid understanding of the subject and allowed me to feel more relaxed going into the exam.
  Highly recommended institution and I'm currently doing another course through kaplan. Keep up the good work.
